David Hald is a business leader, investor and professional board profile with a background as a technology entrepreneur and CEO. He co-founded and led both Conecto and SMS PASSCODE and brings hands-on experience from international scaling, turnarounds, exits, investing and close CEO sparring.

Technology has been a constant throughout his career. David studied computer science at the University of Copenhagen (DIKU) and has worked in depth with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and, today, artificial intelligence. This allows him to engage credibly with CIOs, CTOs and CISOs while translating technology into strategy, risk, capital allocation and board-level decisions.

Since 2017, board work, investing and strategic advisory have been his primary professional focus. He completed the CBS 360° Board Education programme in 2023.
